Your Account

How do I sign into my account?

  • Click on the My Account button located at the top right of any ammoking.com page.
  • Press Click Here to Create a New Account.
  • Fill in your information and press Create my Account.
  • Your info will now be saved so that at checkout, it is a quick & easy process!

What should I do if I forgot my password?

  • Go to the My Account page and click the Forgot Password link beside the Sign In button.
  • A temporary password will be sent to the email associated with your account.      

How do I change my password?

  • Log into your account and click Account Details on the left side of the page.
  • Follow the instructions to enter and confirm your new password, using your current password.
  • Don’t forget to press Update My Details.

How do I change my email address?

  • Log into your account and click Account Details on the left side of the page.
  • Simply enter your new email address and press Update My Details.

How do I change my billing and/or shipping address?

  • Log into your account and click Address Book on the left side of the page.
  • Click on the small Pencil Icon above your name to edit your address.
  • Simply enter your new email address and press Update My Details.

How do I check my order status?

  • Log into your account and click Account Details on the left side of the page.
  • Simply enter your new email address and press Update My Details.

How do I unsubscribe from the Ammo King Newsletter and Weekly Specials?

  • At the bottom of a newsletter email, find the Unsubscribe feature and follow the instructions to discontinue the emails. We will be sorry to see you go.

 

Shipping & Returns

How are shipping costs determined?

  • Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the product and/or dimensions of the product, as well as the distance from our warehouse to the shipment’s destination.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

  • Due to the nature of the products (very heavy), shipping is paid for by the customer. This policy is typically the industry standard.

What shipping options are available?

  • For ammo purchases, we only ship via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground.
  • For accessories, additional Fedex and UPS options are available.

How can I track my order?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number, which can then be used to track your order using UPS or Fedex websites.

What is your return policy?

  • We DO NOT accept returns on ammunition purchases due to legalities.
  • See our Terms and Conditions page for instructions on returns of accessories and further information on issues with any purchase of ammunition. Please email us at info@ammoking.com for any further questions.

What is your backorder policy?

  • At this time, we only sell to you what we physically have in stock in our warehouse.

 

Shopping Experience

What methods of payment are available online?

  • Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
  • We do not accept American Express at this time.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

  • We only collect sales tax from in-state customers.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

  • You will receive an email notification when your order ships that will include your tracking number.

How do I cancel my order?

  • Our policy is to not cancel orders. However, if you send us an email to info@ammoking.com we may be able to make an exception depending on the time from when it was placed.

If a product is shown on your website, is it guaranteed to be in stock?

  • We can’t guarantee anything, but we will do our very best to ensure that you see what is actually available. At this time, we do not drop ship or back order any items that you see, it all will come directly from our warehouse.

What are the age requirements to purchase ammunition?

  • Ammunition purchases are limited to over the age of 18 for shotgun or rifle ammunition and over the age of 21 for handgun ammunition.

Can I order if I live outside of the United States?

  • Ammunition purchases can only be shipped by ground, therefore purchases are limited to within the continental United States.

Can you ship ammo to me?

  • We ship to any areas that are not restricted by local, state or federal law. We encourage you to read your state’s laws on ammunition, but we will not ship to any restricted areas. See the complete list of restrictions on our Terms and Conditions page please.
  • We will contact you if you live in Illinois (FOID and State photo ID), New Jersey (NJ Firearms ID and NJ state ID) or Connecticut (current CT state ID that shows picture, address and DOB AND one of the following permits: Permit to carry Pistols or Revolvers, Valid eligibility certificate for a Pistol or Revolver, Valid Long Gun Eligibility Certificate, Valid Ammunition Certificate) to obtain the proper documentation required by your state before your package has shipped. If you want us to keep that documentation on hand prior to placing an order, please email it to info@ammoking.com or fax to (405) 801-2833. ALL documents must be current, valid & completely legible.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box, APO or FPO --- Must ship to physical address.

Why do I not have to provide an ID to purchase ammunition?

  • As a customer of Ammo King, you are verifying your age at checkout by checking the box declaring that you are over the age of 18 for the purchase of rifle or shotgun ammunition and over the age of 21 for handgun ammunition. We expect our customers to understand and follow the ammunition and gun laws within their city, county and state.
